A Note on this list

This page is a compact reference, not an exhaustive directory. Resources change. If you are working with a clinician, your treatment team should be your first call in a non-emergency. If you do not have a clinician and need help finding one, the SAMHSA National Helpline and the NAMI HelpLine are good starting points. Your insurance website will have a list of available providers. There are online directories for mental health providers at Psychology Today, helloalma.com or ZocDoc among others which you may find helpful. This page is updated periodically; if you find a broken link or an out-of-date number, please advise.

I am not able to provide clinical care, medication prescriptions, or referrals through this website. If you are in crisis, please use the resources above. Information on this website is for general educational purposes and is not medical advice; it does not create a physician-patient relationship.
